Pink Sparkling Eyeshadow Makeup Look
Hi,
Today I thought I would share how I got this makeup look. I love pink sparking eyeshadow. It took me about 30 mins to complete.
1) Primer- Revolution Pro Prime and Hydrate
2) Contour- Barry M Cosmetics Chisel Cheeks Contour Cream Sticks
I apply my contour before foundation because I love the diffused look it gives. I use Real Techniques sculpting brush to apply it.
3) Foundation- Revolution Matte Base Foundation F0.5
I love this foundation, it is really light, gives good coverage and is very easy to apply. I use a Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. I really like it.
4) Concealer- Revolution Conceal & Hydrate C1
This was my first time trying this concealer and I was really impressed. It is very light and the shade suits me well. I am really excited to use it again. I use the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge to blend it out.
5) Contour- Revolution Conceal and Define C12.7
I have recently wanted to create a more contoured look so I bought this but it is not quite the correct shade, it is quite orange. I wanted a more cool tone look. However having used this concealer in different shades many times before, it is a good product.
6) Blush- Revolution Superdewy Liquid Blush you got me blushing
I tried this for first time and I was really impressed by it. I really like it. It is very pigmented and easy to apply. I use the Real Techniques Blush brush to apply it. It works really well.
7) Bronzer- Revolution Mega Bronzer 02 Warm
I really like this bronzer. I use Real Techniques Powder Brush to apply it.
8) Highlighter- Revolution Reloaded highlighter Raise the Bar
I really like this highlighter, it creates such a great colour. I use the Real Techniques medium rebel edge brush.
9) Eye Primer- Revolution Ultimate Eye Base Eye Primer Light
I love this eye primer, it really makes my eyeshadow last a long time. It was included in my march favourites post which you can read here.
10) Baking Powder- Revolution Loose Baking Powder Lace
I then set my undereye, my eye primer and forehead. I really like this baking powder it easy to apply and does a good job on my undereye. I use the Real Techniques setting powder brush. I really like it.
11) Eyeshadow- Revolution Mono `Touch Me' Eyeshadow & Forever Flawless Affinity
I started with Revolution Mono `touch me' I always start with this eyeshadow because it matches my skin colour. I think it creates a good base. (It is no longer available)
I then used my favourite eyeshadow palette Revolutions Forever Flawless Affinity. I mostly used the brushes out of Real Techniques Everyday Day Brush Set.
- `Moments' using Real Techniques 300 brush, I apply this colour all over my lid.
- 'Reveal' with the Real Techniques 304 brush, to apply it in my crease, slowly building up the colour.
- 'Force' using Revolutions Ultra Metals Go Eye Contouring fluffy brush I apply 'Force' at the edge of my eye.
- 'Bond' using Revolution Ultra Metals Go Eye Contouring fluffy brush and Revolution Watermelon Setting Spray I apply 'Bond' at the edge of my eye on top of `Force'. After each stage I go back with brush 304 and blend it out.
- `Attraction' using Real Techniques' 307 brush with Watermelon Setting Spray, I then apply it to the inner Conner of my eye.
- `Empathy' using Real Techniques' 332 brush with Watermelon Setting Spray, I then apply a line down the middle of my eye. I then blend it very lightly with the 304 brush.
12) Mascara- e.l.f. 3 in 1 Mascara Black
I don't like this mascara it is very hard to take off and transfers easily to my eyelids.
13) Lips- Revolution Poise 115 Matte Lipstick, Revolution Vampire Satin Kiss Lipliner and Revolution Cupcake Sheer Lip-gloss.
I love this combination with these 3 colours. I only apply a very little amount of the lip-gloss to create a sheer look.
14) Setting Spray- Revolution Watermelon Setting Spray
I hope you enjoy this.
