Raspberry Smoothie
Hi,
Today I am sharing my favourite smoothie recipe. I am in charge of smoothies in our house, I love making them. It is a great way to include / hide healthy food that you might not like by itself. I created this recipe and it is really yummy and filling.
Ingredients:
300ml Almond Milk
70g Oats
90g Spinach
2 tbsp Flaxseed
1 Mango
1 Avocado
2 Bananas
200g Frozen Raspberries
100g Frozen Blueberries
I throw them all in a food processor and blend it for about 10 mins.
The amount I use varies depending on how much I want to make. The measurements I have listed above, is how much I typically use to make enough for 3 large portions.
